These Terms and Conditions explain how you may use the AI Web Command website, customer dashboard, subscription service, and WordPress plugin. Please read them before starting a trial or purchasing a plan. If you have a question, contact hello@aiwebcommand.com.
AI Web Command is based in Texas, United States. The final registered business details will be added before commercial launch.
The service
AI Web Command provides software for connecting and working with WordPress sites through a customer dashboard and a WordPress plugin. Features, site limits, trial terms, and prices for each plan are described on the relevant plan page and at checkout. We may improve, replace, or retire features over time, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
Some features can connect to third-party AI providers using a key you supply. Your use of those providers, including their charges and terms, is separate from your AI Web Command subscription.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account and site credentials secure, and for activity carried out through your account. Only connect WordPress sites you own or are authorized to manage. Do not share access in a way that bypasses your plan’s site or user limits.
You control which sites are connected and which actions are authorized. You should review proposed changes, maintain suitable backups, and verify important work on your own site.
Trials, subscriptions, and cancellation
Solo, Growth, and Agency are offered as monthly or annual subscriptions with a seven-day trial, as shown at checkout. Unless cancelled before a charge is due, a subscription renews automatically at the price and interval displayed when you subscribe, subject to any later change you accept or that is lawfully communicated to you.
You can manage an available subscription through your customer account or request help at hello@aiwebcommand.com. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the effective date shown in your account or confirmed by our team; it does not itself reverse a charge already made.
Refunds and withdrawal rights
After you have both accessed your AI Web Command SaaS account and downloaded the WordPress plugin, we do not offer discretionary refunds for the subscription. Requests made before both of those events will be reviewed based on the circumstances.
This policy does not exclude or reduce rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Depending on your location, those may include statutory withdrawal rights and remedies if digital content or services are defective, not supplied, or not as described. A customer’s right to withdraw from immediately supplied digital content is not lost merely by reading these Terms; where applicable, the law may require separate, express consent and acknowledgment.
To request a refund, exercise a statutory right, or report a problem, email hello@aiwebcommand.com with your order number and a short description. We will review the request under the law applicable to your purchase.
Acceptable use and your responsibilities
Do not use the service to access a site without permission, harm a site or its users, bypass security controls, send unlawful content, or interfere with the service. You remain responsible for the content, configuration, data, backups, and legal obligations of your WordPress sites. AI-generated suggestions and actions should be checked by a qualified person where a mistake could have material consequences.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and useful, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Third-party hosting, WordPress installations, plugins, payment services, and AI providers can affect the result. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service develops. We will post the current version here and provide additional notice when required by law or when a material change affects an active subscription.
